SHIPPING POLICIES

Recent and continuing changes in Federal
and State laws have created a confusing
patchwork of legal shipping regulations.

At the present time we are only able to
ship wine to a limited number of states.

We are in the process of applying for
permits in order to ship to additional states.
Please CONTACT US if you live in a state that we can not legally ship wine to and would still like to purchase our Janesko Artist Series Wine.

We use UPS to ship our wines, and their rates, surcharges and restrictions are those on which we base our charges to our customers. These rates may increase without notice, but will always be reflected in our web shopping cart.

You MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE to order our wines and may be asked to show proof
of age upon delivery.
We recommend that you have the wine shipped to a business address, if possible.

Wine orders requesting UPS ground service should arrive within 7 to 10 days after the order is received during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Purchases made after noon on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday and shipped no later than the following Wednesday . Orders requesting 2nd day service will ship the day after the order is received in our offices - with the weekend exceptions noted above. Please review our shipping conditions below for exceptions to these timelines.

SHIPPING CONSIDERATIONS

The following guidelines were established in order to ensure that your wine purchase will arrive in the best possible condition.

Extreme temperatures during transit
- usually 90 degrees plus -
can cause wine to "sweat" and leak,
damaging the label as well as
compromising taste of the wine.

Temperatures in Napa Valley routinely
reach 90 degrees and above during
the months from May to October.

We will suspend wine shipments, at our discretion, during these temperature extremes. This is a common practice
in wine shipping. Also, during the summer
and fall months we will not ship wine via ground service after Wednesday to prevent wine from being stored in hot freight warehouses over the weekend. These orders will be held for shipping until the first of the following week.
