"Full Bodied" 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon

The "Full Bodied" Janesko Artist Series Wine
is made from grapes grown at the Redwood Valley's
Seabiscuit Ranch in Mendocino County.

These full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon grapes
are blended with Merlot from Sonoma County,
and Syrah, also from Mendocino County.

and have a wonderful mouth feel."

Australian winemaker Peter Burford
consulted on this project and made
the two delicious blends.

"CSM" is a familiar Australian winemaking
style blending Cabernet, Syrah, and Merlot.
The Cabernet is a big wine with high alcohol,
and the Merlot and Syrah bring wonderful
complexity to the finished product.

The wine was made to be accessible now
featuring flavors of currant and cassis.
The Signature Reserve Wine shows an even
more intense and structured body and bouquet
due to added exposure to French Oak.

The strength and character of that famous
race horse that is the namesake of the winery
is reflected by the character of these wines.
